Advantages:

Очень радушный хозяин, рассказал, что можно посмотреть, позднее заселение. Квартира теплая, что в мороз -32 было очень актуально, чистая, все есть из посуды, чай, кофе, крупы. Рядом магазин Магнит. Не пожалели о своем выборе!
