Расположение в центре города, в 2 минутах от станции Сортавала-центр. Рядом парк, кафе, магазины, достопримечательности. Вид потрясающий, есть балкон. Квартира в финском доме, два выхода из дома. Парковка внутри двора, что очень удобно. Квартира необычная, большая, светлая с высокими потолками. Всё чисто, аккуратно. Вживую лучше, чем на фото. 10 из 10!
