Advantages:

Хорошее расположение. Рядом озеро с удобным подходом. Участок расположен на краю поселения. Место тихое. Рядом холм, который зимой можно использовать для катания на ватрушке. Мангальная зона, баня. Дом тёплый. В -20 было комфортно. В 15 минутах езды Рускеала. В поселке сеть магазин на крайний случай. Продукты лучше закупать заранее в Сортавале.
